That’s where Techi’s simulator work begins — not as a luxury toy, but as a practical extension of the lifestyle that brought you to Promontory in the first place.
We’re an authorized TruGolf partner, an installer of Trackman, Foresight, and Full Swing launch monitors, and the integration team behind the FlatOut Sim Racing partnership at our Heber City showroom. Across Promontory, Pinnacle, and Bald Eagle Mountain we build sim rooms that read as architecture — framed from ceiling height, dedicated HVAC, blackout shading, programmable Ketra scene lighting, impact-screen geometry calibrated to the launch monitor your pro recommends.
That said, simulators are only one part of what Techi does in Promontory. We do the full home: theaters, distributed audio, motorized shading on every glass wall, Lutron and Ketra lighting recipes, Savant or Control4 control, structured wiring done once and done right. Many projects we run came in through the simulator room and grew from there.
